At the juncture of education x wellness this three part experience combines a trio of learning formats to nurture your mental and spiritual health: information sharing, practical application, and somatic inquiry.

• Practice of Intuitive Art

• Guided watercolor painting workshop

• Risk-taking and safety through the creative lens

• Expanded awareness as a tool for well-being

In-person workshop takes place at Melissa’s space in Brooklyn or at another agreed upon location. No previous experience required. Art materials provided.
